Perfect eyes duo hightlighter pencil
While at the BrowLady class on Thursday, students were able to test this products, I can’t not share the feedback with you!
This highlighter pencil has 2 sides. One side is bronze shade, and the shiny one is a brown micro sparkles.
The upper colour is the lighted shiny shade, the bottom one the darker shade. Both sides are very pigemented, all you need it one little swipe and that will do.
This is how it's used, apply the color right under the arch of the brow to give it more shape and definition. After applying, blend it out with a concealer or eyebrow brush, make sure you don't go into the brow in case you've just filled those in with another product.
I like the effect, and it stays on all day!
