Brow's at Glendale, is a Brow Consultant specializing in eyebrow products and services. The Brow Lady product lines has been around for over 15 years. Our mission is to meet and exceed our customer's expectations by delivering superior service and exceptional value through eyebrow transformation, quality merchandise and motivated, friendly consultants who offe their expertize with pride and dedication. Your satisfaction is our primary concern.
We personally inspect each item prior to shipping. We want to know if you have a concern about your purchase from Brow's at Glendale. Should you wish to return an unused item, for any reason, you may do so within 14 days of your delivery, for an exchange or full merchandise refund.

This ensures that your credit card information travels across the Internet securely.
Brow's at Glendale respects your privacy and therefore will never sell or otherwise distribute any personal information that you have necessarily provided.
For your protection, credit card orders will not be shipped to an address other than the billing address for the card.

Payment and Shipping
Brow's at Glendale accepts credit & debit card payments from Visa, Master Card, Discovery and American Express. We also accepts Paypal Payments.
Orders will only be shipped to addresses within the United States. Orders for in-stock items will ship within two (2) business days. Orders placed after 4:00pm Arizona time may not be processed until the next business day.
All orders will be shipped via USPS. USPS tracking numbers will be e-mailed to you so you can check your shipment status at www.usps.com.
For USPS Ground delivery, you can get an estimate of delivery time by visiting the USPS Time-in-Transit map and entering origin zip code 85251.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to use our products, so if you do not LOVE your Brow Lady Products you have 14 days for a refund. Please send the product back to us and you will receive your refund back to the card you made your purchase with.

In the package along with the product you must include a copy of the printed order form of the sale of the product and a reason for return.
If you just want a new product because of any damage due to shipping - Brow's at Glendale makes that easy, we just issue you a new one!
