A fully custom wedding dress is where a dress is designed specifically for you. You will work directly with a designer, who after an initial consultation will present sketches and fabrics to you.
The process usually involves several fittings. The custom process allows you to see your wedding dress evolve and gives you the opportunity to make changes during the process.
Things to consider
Fully custom dress is the most time consuming and expensive option. But your dress will be totally unique to you.
Lead times are usually longer and you will need to be available for at least 4 fittings, sometimes more.
This is the perfect option for both the girl who knows exactly what she wants and is unlikely to find it in an existing style, but also for those who need to see a style evolve, with the option to make changes.
